Overview:

Take a full day to outline and accomplish your unique ideal state of well being. Through the practice of Yoga, Proper Nutrition, Skin Care, Exercise and Beauty, learn to nourish your mind and rejuvenate your body. Conducted in venue’s surrounding luscious gardens and enjoy a delicious organic lunch!

Sandra Froher is the founder of Muscle Lines personal training systems. Sandra is an author, expert trainer and well known fitness personality. Sandra is a professional Fitness and Figure model competitor. Sandra is a certified personal trainer and holds a natural food certification through Bastyr College of Natural Health & Science. Sandra is an expert fitness trainer and fitness coach whose philosophies are based on holistic wellness, she encourages balance and measured results to achieve your goals. Sandra will teach you her successful 4 component approach to fitness and health. Sandra’s years of success in body transformations have inspired her to keep helping others realize their goals through a system that has proven itself over the years.  Performing as a World Champion requires a tool box full of knowledge and discipline and these ingredients allow Sandra to teach these skills to you.

Ajia Forster is owner and operator of Soul Rebel Yoga & Pilates. Ajia is fully certified in both Yoga and Pilates and is delighted to share their healing power with others. She has a growing sense of passion and desire to help others overcome injuries and obstacles. Ajia’s classes are very inclusive and motivating — she is inspired to help others achieve their individuals goals and move toward a healthier, happier balance of mind and body!

Julie Atkinson

Julie Atkinson, RN is the owner of New Look New Life, a cosmetic and medical retreat in Victoria, B.C. She has worked for over 20 years specializing in plastic surgery, reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. Through all of her experience working with her patients she began to understand the power of being beautiful both inside and out, and accepting oneself as a strong, intelligent and radiant person. Julie went through this process herself and from her practice, she established the need for healing conversations to help women explore and understand their own inner beauty.

Detailed Itinerary:

Module 1: Yoga & the benefits of applying a regular practice with Ajia Forster

9:00 to 10:00

Starting off the day with a soothing yet invigorating Yoga class with teacher Ajia Forster of Soul Rebel Yoga & Pilates. Allowing your body to provide space within itself as you move with the breath you lengthen and stretch towards your wellness goals. This class will be tailored around the groups specific needs, so if you are working with injuries you are not only encouraged to join us but welcomed with open arms. Detoxifying & rejuvenating every inch of our bodies, using ancient techniques yet delivered from a modern, motivating and knowledgeable instructor.

What can I take away from this?

After our class Ajia will hold a detailed explanation on how applying a regular Yoga Practice to your lifestyle would be beneficial, both in a mental and physical way. She will also go over in detail and provide take home reminders of poses to do while feeling discomfort or restlessness examples being at work, in front of a computer, driving, feeling stressed, insomnia, anxiety, stiffness, digestive issues struggling with low energy levels and MUCH more…with every pose included will be a positive affirmation towards this humble area of our lives, helping lift you up and be the best most beautiful you!

Module 2: Nutrition and organization with Sandra Froher

11:00 to 12:00

Sandra Froher of Muscle Lines will be educating on the difference between fitness and fads.

She will debunk myths on diet and fitness that will clearly help you to learn how to reach your goals and stay Lean for Life. Sandra will guide you on how to stock your kitchen with natural foods, and talk about the importance of organizing for success. She will be educating you on the topic of fat storing hormones and fat burning hormones and how to choose foods that produce a lean body. She will be covering the importance of weekly meal planning and purposeful eating. There will be time for questions and answers.

Module 3: Resistance training, exercise and goal setting with Sandra Froher

1:00 to 2:00

Sandra will be back to talk about the importance of resistance training and the many health benefits that it provides. She will discuss why resistance training is a key component to staying Lean for Life and how to start implementing resistance training into your weekly routine. She will discuss working out at home and suggest equipment choices that will keep you fit. She will be discussing program design for your weight training goals as well as how to build a safe effective cardiovascular plan. She will be discussing the importance of positive goal setting and discipline. There will be time for questions and answers.

Module 4: Correct Skin Care & Makeup Application with Julie Atkinson

2:00 to 3:00

Module 5: Pranayama & Meditation with Ajia Forster

4:00 to 5:00

As you clear your mind off all the excess, unwanted and negative thought patterns release from your usual habits and you learn how to look at every situation as useful towards your life. Pranayama is directly translated to ‘Extension of the Breath’ so by performing calming breathing exercises your awareness of the breath  grows greater, it can prove to be useful for many of our life situations. The benefits of deeper breathing are endless, Ajia will guide you through and let you feel the benefits for yourself. Along with a complimenting guided Meditation practice to allow your day of knowledge to come to a peaceful ending, and gently unfold the layers of your being.

What can I take away from this?

A deeper understanding to the practice of breathing exercises and benefits of meditation. Ajia will provide for you an at home guide for situations involving stress, insomnia, motivation, self esteem and many more to list.
