Sandra is worth her weight in gold to me…First she helped me to develop self discipline and consistency in my training. Second she taught me about nutrition, what to eat and why. However, most importantly she gave me the gift of believing that if I followed her guidance my body would reach what my mind could not have imagined.

Sandra has been a wonderful help in preparing me for the Figure stage. I hired Sandra to help me build confidence and create a style that I was
comfortable with. We practiced the T walk and posing that is required for figure competitions. With Sandra’s experience she helped me pick out a suit color & design that would work best for my physique. Sandra also helped with make up selection and application for my important day. Sandra has been a HUGE asset to my successes & competition wins.

Victoria Girls Dominate Canadians

August 23, 2008 Victoria, B.C. – Muscle Lines Personal Training in Victoria, BC, is pleased to announce that the Muscle Lines Fitness Team dominated their events at the 2008 IVKAR Cup in Vancouver.  Leading the group was Muscle Lines owner/operator Sandra Froher who took 1st Place in over 35 Sports Model of the year.  Right behind her were Muscle Elite Fitness Team clients Sara Galo with a 1st Place finish in the Open Sport Model of the year, Alba Avalos with 2nd Place in the Masters Sports Model and 3rd Place in Open Sports Model and Dana St. Lawrence with a 2nd Place finish in the Open Sports Model Of the Year category.   Also with strong finishes were Desiree Pahl and Tasha Rhode.

“The IVKAR Cup is an INBA (International Natural Bodybuilding Association) qualifying event, where the top 3 in each category are able to join TEAM CANADA to compete at the Natural Olympia.”, says Sandra Froher, owner/operator of Muscle Lines , “It takes months of commitment, training and personal sacrifice to achieve these results.  I am very proud of these girls, as they pushed themselves to the bitter end. I reached my goal weight and I feel great

After having my blood work done it was discovered that I was borderline diabetic and my good cholesterol was too low and my bad cholesterol way too high. The doctor said that I was a prime candidate to have a heart attack within the next 7 years if I didn’t get this under control. She advised me to lose 30 pounds and to exercise. My daughter happened to be with me when I received this news and to see the worried look on her face as well as the hard facts that my health was in serious trouble I knew I had to get to work on this. My doctor gave me 7 months to work on it and with the help of Sandra’s structured exercise plan and the Muscle Lines Meal Plan’s I am proud to say that I reached my goal weight and I feel great. I went for my blood work recently and the doctor advised me that all my blood chemistry is within the normal ranges now! Thank you Sandra!

I have realized many benefits working with Sandra as my personal trainer & coach. Even though I have worked out for many years, I have learned a lot about proper technique, intensity and wide variety of exercises which keeps our training time challenging and motivating to reach, even exceed my fitness goals. Sandra’s knowledge of proper nutrition, training techniques and stretching have allowed me to increase my strength, improve my flexibility and reduce some joint pain in my knees.

Working out with Sandra is not always easy but it’s definitely worth it and I’m looking forward to even greater improvements this year.

I was recommended to Sandra four years ago by a family member. At the time, I had random experience with the gym, having started and stopped various programs over the years. Despite her excellent reputation, I was still somewhat expecting a typical ‘personal trainer’ experience of getting the generic program and having someone available to motivate me once a week for an hour. I have never been more wrong about anything in my life…

From the moment I met Sandra, I felt as though I was being seen and heard as an individual, not as the general public. The specific areas of my body that I wanted to change and the goals I wanted to achieve were as important to her as they were for myself. I knew I had an invaluable opportunity to work with her when I received my first program. She had created a program not only customized to my needs but supported all the issues I had spoken to her about. Other members of my family had also trained with her and while discussing our programs together one day, we realized they were all completely different and very specific! I knew then that I fully trusted her. There was no doubt in the process and she instilled in me the confidence I needed in knowing that if I did the work, she would take care of the rest.

I can honestly say, that I never thought my body could change the way that it has. My level of fitness and health is exactly what I wished for. I was always told that I ‘genetically’ had a particular body type that could perhaps lose weight but never really change shape. Sandra’s customized program, rich educational background coupled with with her dedicated and highly creative approach, changed my body into one I NEVER thought I would EVER see. However, more than this, she restructured my entire belief that nothing is impossible. She taught me an incredible lesson, that only my mind creates my limitations and without those limitations my body will achieve whatever I choose and now with the proof, I can no longer deny this truth.

I can never repay Sandra for the life changes she helped set in motion, but only write this testimonial so that other people will take up the challenge and choose her if they are serious about training, seeing results and finally achieving their goals. I cannot recommend Sandra highly enough. I look at her as being the key factor in my ongoing health. Her skill, support and devotion to that endeavour goes unmatched.

Sandra has developed a plan to achieve my goals

Unlike many people heading to the gym in this world full of fried chicken and ice cream, I came to Muscle Lines looking to GAIN weight. Weighing in at 150lbs and being 5’10, and I have a body type that can make it tough to fill out shirts and build lean muscle. In talking with Sandra, I made it clear that I wanted to increase my muscle mass significantly. She has taken this to heart and has developed a plan to achieve my goals. The workouts Sandra has created for me are enjoyable, a good length and challenging. After every workout, I have more energy than when I show up and feel good about my achievements. In our personal training sessions, Sandra helps me push myself to the limit in a safe environment which maximizes my results. While at home, she has developed a diet to support my workouts. Amazingly, over the past month I have already put on around 10lbs of muscle. Thank you Sandra for helping me achieve my goals!

The most important thing that I want to pass along is Thank-you! Without your guidance and support I would not have been able to reach the fitness and health goals that I had set out for myself.

As you know I had gotten far away from my fitness, after being somewhat effortlessly in shape through my teens and early twenties the dreaded metabolism set in and by 30 I suddenly did not recognize my body anymore. That was when I finally made the decision to get back to taking care of myself and I enlisted your help to do so – best move I ever made! You not only helped me lose weight but transformed my shape by guiding me to put muscle in the ‘right’ places but even more importantly you helped me to transform my thinking!! It was in my head where the real problem existed and your guidance through changing my thinking was the most invaluable thing I have ever learned.

There was many times where I wanted to take a short cut or I whined about a certain part of my workout or food routine and I always smile to think of your response which was typically something like ‘you either want to do it or you don’t’ there was never any lecture or reproach just a simple statement of the facts as they were. I soon realized that if I wanted to do it my way I would get the results I had always gotten and so I gave up my stubbornness and did it your way…no surprise here IT WORKED and boy did it work! I was very proud to compete in my first fitness modelling competition (Fame Wold Tour 2008) several months later and was even more proud to look down at my abs in a sort of cloudy bliss :)

I am currently undertaking a different kind of body make-over with my first baby on the way in a few months. With your guidance I have been able to stay very fit and active through out my pregnancy and I am looking forward to hitting it hard after my little ones arrival to challenge the old stereotype that one losses ones figure after having children (you never did). I will provide pictures of the next competition after babies :)

In short Sandra thanks for your support, encouragement and for being an incredible role model to follow I could not have done it with out you!!!

Training with Sandra is amazing!

Training with Sandra is amazing! I spent 3 years doing the same workout and wasn’t seeing any results. Then I trained with Sandra! The results I’ve experienced have been crazy. In 8 weeks I shed nearly 20lbs and built a bunch of muscle. I’m getting pretty cut and I still haven’t finished my 12 week program! I’m also eating properly and feel great! No more mid day crashes and big dips and spikes in energy. Best yet, this is a life style change that is easily sustainable. I’m sure that if I train like this for another year I’ll be able to rip a phone book in half! haha, ok maybe not.

There IS a simple system to body change, and Sandra knows it. Simply put, if you do what Sandra says you’ll get the results you want.
